Hold Mail service temporarily stops mail delivery at your address when you’re not there to receive it. Your mail is safely stored at a UniStorage PUMA facility until your return. Price starting RM 1 for 2 weeks hold.

Fill up ordering for each item but not for Normal Letter, Postcard, Magazine and item don't have Tracking Number:-

1. Enter Tracking Number (if your item has a tracking number).

2. Select Type of Item.

3. Upload government-issued photo identification and proof of authorization if you're ordering on behalf of another person.

4. Select starting date for hold

5. Select end date for hold

6. For Comments field, can write any instructions regarding areas, location for delivery or time delivery or etc.
7. Quantity default for 1 item only but for Normal Letter, Magazine, Postcard or other item didn't have tracking number can put more than 1 item.
